The Mariposa Kiwanis Club was founded on September 1, 1992. Kiwanis clubs help their communities and, as each community’s needs are different, each Kiwanis club is different. By working together, members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone. When you give a child the chance to learn, experience, dream, grow, succeed and thrive, great things happen.

Once a year the American Indian Council of Mariposa County hosts a traditional Native American celebration.

Mariposa Soroptomists Society
Soroptimist is an International volunteer organization for business and professional women working on projects that improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world. The Mariposa branch was chartered in 1965.
Mariposa SPCA
The Mariposa SPCA helps protect and care for abandoned animals. They have dogs and cats ready to be adopted and they will help you get your pets spayed or neutered. They also host a thrift yard sale so be on the lookout for bargains!
Mountain Crisis Services
Mountain Crisis Services are dedicated to providing the people in Mariposa County affected by domestic violence and sexual assault by offering counseling and support groups, emergency shelter, and a 24 hour hotline.
Mountain Meadow Farms, CSA
A small local farm and produce delivery service in Mariposa County, California, owned and operated by Brenda Ostrom. Mountain Meadow Farm produces chickens, eggs, turkeys, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, greens, flowers, and culinary herbs. Their delivery service features produce from local growers as well as from certified organic producers.
Mountain Yoga
Established in 2003, Mountain Yoga's practice is a combination of Hatha style with an Iyengar influence on alignments. Instructor Gail White-Stickles offers classes ranging from novice to advanced.
